- Greet customers with a warm welcome
- Provide friendly and excellent customer service
- Memorize menu and preparation procedures
- Bake fresh muffins, scones, cookies (etc.) according to shop recipes
- Bake a variety of dessert items
- Prepare and cook menu items
- Present food in a visually pleasing manner
- Prepare work space following daily guidelines
- Consistently drive for excellent quality
- Promote strong team spirit through effective communication and supporting one another
- Consistently follow food sanitation guidelines
- Keep work space clean and sanitized
- Work flexibly with team members sharing in shop responsibilities (e.g., dish washing, cleaning, etc.)
- Be punctual and observe regular and consistent attendance
